After getting the piss knocked out of them by the Jaguars two weeks ago at home, the Steelers have rebounded rather nicely over their last two games. Last week, the Steelers took down the undefeated Kansas City Chiefs in Arrowhead. This week, it was Cincinnati’s turn to feel the wrath. So while the Steelers have improved their record to 5-2 on the season while increasing their lead in the dogshit AFC North to two games, all must be well in the Burgh, right?
Believe it or not, Martavis Bryant still isn’t happy about his lack of production. Last week, NFL insider Ian Rapoport and Pittsburgh Post-Gazette columnist Ed Bouchette both confirmed that Bryant had asked the Steelers for a trade. While Bryant, along with the rest of the team, did their best to shoot down those reports over the past week, it seems as if the truth was exposed tonight. Fresh off another stellar performance in today’s game versus the Bengals (1 reception, 3 yards; 1 rush, 2 yards = grand total of 5 all-purpose yards), Bryant took to the ‘Gram tonight to battle against the haters and the naysayers (or to basically say he’s better than JuJu Smith-Schuster and that he still wants the fuck outta Pittsburgh).

Well it is safe to Say Martavis is just not getting any love from Big Ben. He would rather force the ball to Antonio OVER and OVER than throw to Martavis. Martavis not getting the targets. I would only assume that a trade may be in the near future. If I were Martavis I would want to be on a team that throws me the damn ball. 🚨Fantasy Relevance. Martavis Can't be trusted in Fantasy due to lack of Targets. I would stash him on your bench at this point.
So it’s pretty clear Bryant wants a change of scenery. But wait, there’s more!
I know I said it last week, and I’ll say it again this week. Can this guy do ANYTHING without tripping and falling directly on his face? I get it. The guy’s a talented receiver, and he’s not getting the ball as much as he wants it. Anyone in his shoes would be frustrated to be in that type of situation. Especially after you just spent the last year watching games from your house. But to continue replying to people’s criticism on social media by throwing your teammates under the bus is a complete fuckhead move. Go ahead and air out your frustrations to your close friends and family. That’s fine. But not to millions of random people across the internet. You just can’t do that. All this is going to do is create another unnecessary headache for the Steelers. And quite frankly, if other teams know this is the type of bullshit you might have to put up with if you employ Martavis Bryant, I’m pretty sure they’re not gonna want to deal with him either. Nobody wins here.
P.S. – One thing I definitely know is that JuJu Smith-Schuster has WAY better touchdown celebrations than Martavis Bryant.
